Jerk wings on the red MT

Been working on my jerk chicken lately and tonight giving it a go on some wings.( must admit I cheat alittle bit)





Last pic is or marinade after bringing to a boil and then simmering for 20 mins. I brush it on the wings towards the end.

Yeah no crap!!! Very spicy but worth it so much other flavor there. Last time they weren't spicy enough but this time just alittle over so gotta find that nice medium.
