Chops 'N Poppers a la Craig
« on: October 22, 2014, 08:25:13 PM »
Last night was a beautiful night for an outdoor cook and it was a great night to rededicate the 1975ish 22.5 Yellow aka "The Gourmet".  So it was thick boneless chops with some frozen (it's a weeknight sue me! :p  ) Mac n cheese bites. Also did some green beans and Stove Top pork stuffing....instead of potatoes... (Ok I'm dating myself with that reference) anyways here it is...

She's turning orange... Photos and the night auk don't do this blondie justice..

Nom Nom Nom. I think the HyVee company should add the word Grillable to the box as well. Wicked chops!

Nice!  Love the grill marks.

What seasoning did you use on the chops?

Thanks for the compliments guys!

@Winz , I tried some McCormick Montreal Chicken and I thought it works well with these chops.

@sparky  The Mac N Cheese bites were pretty awesome! These are definitely a "make again". As for the chops, these were the thickest boneless ones I could find. These do make for a great cook in a hurry. My absolute favorite are the bone in "Husker" or "Iowa" chops depending on which side of the river I am on...  ;)
