I bought some sausage earlier this week so I pulled a pack out of the freezer to make room.
I thawed them out for about 20 mins and placed them partially thawed onto
my kettle. I used a half chimney for this cook.

Im going to enjoy these with a pint of Coors Light Summer Brew and I'll light up the cigar after dinner.
I cut up half a bell pepper, and a third of an onion, put them in a sandwich bag with a teaspoon of oil, and some salt and pepper. I shook the bag up to coat the veggies and put them on the grill.
