@glrasmussen   don't get me wrong, it looks great.  that's why i asked if you used a kreg's to begin with.  the finished top looked like you may have.

is that mahogany?  kinda looks like it from the grain patterns.

great job!  it looks awesome.

Yes, it is furniture grade Mahogany. Great eye!

I really love these wood performer tables! Thinking about buying the CL one it looks like very good quality.  Do you think $90 is too high?  I want to add a wood handle and the wood table to my grey performer.

Heyjude

A new plastic table is over $70, so I think his price is good. Shipping may be a deal breaker..
I don't care if you don't like my Avatar, its there for me..

@glrasmussen   it's one of my favorites.  the open pores make it versatile for different finishes/grain filler options.
I only use kettles with lid bales.

That's a sweet idea. I have access to a cabinet shop and could bang these out in no time. Wonder how a butcher block countertop would look? It would be 1 1/4" thick. You could use it like a cutting board and would be thick enough to sand down and refinish a few dozen times.

This one uses a butcher block counter from Ikea.

That is nice. That looks similar to the doors/paneling on the first floor of my house. I assume this is mahogany too.
