I found some great deals on produce this week & I finally got some prosciutto for a decent price! This became the foundation of my meal today.
I banked the coals to one side, put on the cabbage, chicken, and went back inside to finish the asparagus. The first pic is the chicken & asparagus cooking on the kettle.
I also got a good deal on some bacon but decided to save it for another cook.
I seasoned some breakfast sausage with Chipotle powder & Weber KC BBQ rub and alternated stuffing it with soft cream cheese in the jalapenos.
The chicken was almost done but the ABT's weren't and the coals were almost out so I heated up some more to crisp the skin and finish the ABT's.

p.s. I wrapped the remaining sausage & red peppers with cheese and prosciutto and put it on the grill.
