white trim rings for wheels

I'm wanting to refresh a OTG I have sitting around. I've never seen the white trim ring for the plastic wheels available on ereplacement parts or anywhere else. Are they available somewhere, or do you have to buy new complete wheels?

I'm pretty sure you would have to buy the whole wheel, there was someone and i can't remember who had made some rings for a restore.
