Hope it goes well...I don't have any trouble making good ribs for home. Comp ribs not quite as good but it should be fun anyway! I'm sure I'll learn plenty. WKC will be well represented.

Both are being provided Marty. Rules were not clear on if we have to cook both or we get to choose.
