I felt like cooking on the griddle today and found some fresh Red Snapper at the store
Started with some potatoes and mushrooms and added some veggies

Added 3 seasoned snapper fillets

Flipped the fish few min later and covered the veggies and added chicken stock to generate some steam

The fish and potatoes almost done

And the veggies

Added few lemon halves, they get so juicy and tasty when they’re grilled. And the juice gets warm and does not cool the fish when squeezed on them.

And the cooking is done

Quick, easy and tasty, I love my Griddle
