Fired up the '69 Caribbean and the Pig roast.....

Couple buddies and I smoked a 75 lb pig for a street party.  Some of the kids wanted chicken and hot dogs.  Someone wanted a steak too.  Fired up the steel wheeler....   Got the skin crisp on Porky too...

No, the grill does not get darker as it warms up.
