Couple buddies and I smoked a 75 lb pig for a street party.  Some of the kids wanted chicken and hot dogs.  Someone wanted a steak too.  Fired up the steel wheeler.... :)  Got the skin crisp on Porky too...

Does it get darker when it's hot? Looks great btw.

No, the grill does not get darker as it warms up.
