Very nice!! A question...I have tried to get oil to boil in a cast iron skillet on the grill (because I love fried chicken but I'm tired of my home smelling like it for a week), but to no avail. How did you do it? Or is that proprietary information?!

Hi Kilt, Do you have charcoal basket? The only time I have gotten a skillet to fry is by loading the basket up with lump while it's blazing. I closed the lid to speed things up a bit. It is a bit harder to control the oil temp in the kettle though.
