Smashed red potatoes?

Does anybody have a recipe for Smashed Red Potatoes?
My google-foo yielded the basic steps of boil potatoes, put in kitchen towel and gently flatten, brush with oil, season with salt, pepper & rosemary, then grill.
Sound right? Any tips or advice?

Sounds right to me. Maybe Hank will weigh in, he's the veggie king round these parts.

Boil red potatoes.
Put on small cake pan or casserole dish.
Smoosh with masher.
Cover with chopped crispy bacon. Green onions, salt pepper, grated cheese.
Put pan on grill or in oven.

I think I boiled them a bit long, when mashing they more so fell apart. The kitchen towel worked well with a fine touch. Still came out pretty well overall with just oil, salt & pepper, and rosemary.
I like the casserole idea with bacon and cheese, that would probably work well.
The main corse was some boneless skinless with evoo and Kick'n Chick'n. That came out amazing as always.

That looks really appealing.....common combo around the Ranch here.....maybe not done exactly like that, but the same general idea.....

Google Bobby Flay, just watched his BBQ show on Saturday and this is one of the things he made look so easy. BTW they did look real good.
