Breakfast on the kettle

Kettle of choice today



First Brown up some breakfast sausage



Dice up an Onion then add some cubed redskins



Add back sausage



Add Eggs and move to indirect





Add smoked sharp cheddar cheese - Finished

This is the pan that I have, I bought it on vacation a few years ago when I forgot to bring my other CI pans.

As far as I know the 18.5 OTG is not being sold anymore. Only way to get it is through CL or converting an 18.5 OTS.
