OK - I think I got it. 1952 was a leap year, and MM's first starring role in "Don't Bother to Knock." (She was "born" in that leap year...) And needless to say, we're ALL looking for a kettle from '52!

That means, so far, Dazzo is the grand wazoo of oldsters here at the WKC. Thanks for making me feel young!

Sorry Marty, time to feel old again    :o

QuoteIn 1946, she began using the stage name Marilyn Monroe, but did not legally change her name until February 23, 1956.

Also a leap year.

My BD isn't until Saturday    8)

Dude, relax your chicken.

Well buckie does have the grand wazoo look and all... 8)

Sounds like we need a class of '56/'57 meetup someday.

Oh, and 58 is the new 39 anyway.  ;)

Don't get me wrong, I am really happy that you got this grill and became a member of this forum. I do have to say that I'm pretty upset with myself for not seeing this one on Craigslist  I live right near Oneonta.  That is an amazing find and Im really glad that it was saved and will be enjoyed.
