Awesome cook!  I love the Firebird (raising glass)...

I never thought about frying fish outside on the kettle.  Keeps the house from smelling like fried fish for a month!

BTW...  Now you have me wanting a vintage fiberglass TV table.    LOL

The frying fish had to fire up some coshell to get the oil going hot....
