"Wir feiern Geburtstag" – BBQ at my parents' 60th birthday

This weekend my parents celebrate their 60th birthday/anniversary. Both born in January/February 1954 want me to cook some low-and-slow BBQ (pulled pork) combined with a few burgers and sausages.

After three days of preparation we are ready for take off...

I will post more photos from our German-American-birthday-party tomorrow.

I've taken some more pictures... it's 1:50 now in the morning and the party is running ;-) I'm sorry not to take some pictures of the Pulled Pork and the burgers cooking. I've been to busy while serving our guests.

What a great layout of all the foods !!!

Pork & sausages & burgers and, and, and.....all the condiments set out so folks can pick & choose......just a great setup !!!

Seems like everyone would have a great time & be REAL full !!!
