A mixture of these
I had 4 fresh smoked Kokanee salmon and I added two pouches 2.5 oz of pink salmon, bumblebee brand to be exact . I mixed it to a firm meatloaf consistency using a combo of egg and mayo for binder. I formed the cakes with the other ingredients and placed in the freezer for about 45 minutes to firm up the mixture . I then placed in the fridge to keep cold while I prepped a hot indirect fire. Some cherry chunk wood for smoke and a light brushing of olive oil and were ready to grill. 5-7 minutes per side just outside the coals , I rotated them in as needed for snacks . They were super crispy outside and like a tuna melt inside , I made a chipotle lemon mayo to go with. Killer !
Kids got fish too , lol
