Plum SS for sure.

I've only seen one pop up around my area in the last couple of years.  I got it, but ended up trading it to MiniGrillin.

And I beat it up at least 3 times a week. I swapped it into a new style cart and now my brother has it for the summer.  I'm converting him into one of the charcoal people

That's a sweet plum!  Nice that your patience was rewarded.

Spent a couple evenings scrubbing ... replaced all the bolts, washers, nuts and small wheels ... I'm going to need to paint a few small spots on the cart ... also looked into clear oven paint just to seal a few places.  Will take care of that another time.

Did my first cook tonight.  Turned out great!  I did some chicken thighs, used a side charcoal basket with a little piece of apple wood.   A buddy of mine referred us for some kind of sales pitch, so I got interrupted about 20 mins into cooking ... came back out later to heat things back up and finish.  Turned out great even with the hiccup.

Next to the WSM I picked up recently, also from CL.

Sprinkling as I took pics...
