Any agents near Milwaukee WI ?

I've got an inside line on a kettle accessory that I really want to purchase and was hoping someone could help facilitate shipping. These are BNIB items from a store but they wont ship it to me or take a visa over the phone. The boxes should be ready to ship so you would literally need to tape the two boxes together and drop it to fedex or similar. I can paypal the total in advance and have other members that can vouch for me as well. 

If anyone can help I'd really appreciate it!
