Creamed Spinach!

My Wife loves this stuff....which is news to me,but I made some up.....pretty great! Of course I needed to make something to go with it......so I made a side dish of New York's. Yes I actually do cook meat on the grill sometimes between baking breads, cakes and pies. :D

Creamed spinich w/ a side of New Yorks.......right up the alley around here from time to time....... ;D


 I can't ever get her to pry loose & let me do some things on the kettle tho....this main dish goes on in the house.....
