I got this grill from a Greek guy in NY a while back and I have configured it in so many ways to fit certain cook outs I've done in the past.
Here is the link to the source: http://kanesbbq.com/products/models.html

It has 3 Rotisseries, and the 2 large rotis can hold a 75lbs whole pig or lamb each.

Here I'm used to make Kontosouvli, it a Greek dish- sort of giant Kabobs

I have 4 spits of chicken on one rotis, 4 spits of pork on the 2nd rotis and veggies on the center spit

Here I cooked a couple of Rotis Turkeys for Thanksgivings

For one camping trip I did 4 whole rotis chicken and rotis pork

This was an Italian dish called Spiedo Presciano
It's made of variety of meats: chicken pieces, quails, pork ribs, pork shoulder pieces, bacon, and also potatoes and whole sage leaves. It's cooked slowly over 4 hours til all the meats almost melt together

Made Shawarma for one Memorial camping trip. Shawarma is a Middle Eastern version of the Greek Gyros. It's made of thin slices of lamb or beef (or both), marinated and stacked tightly together. It's usually cooked on a vertical rotisserie, but I improvised and cooked horizontally. Besides, it tastes better cooked over coals :)
I made both chicken and meat Shawarma

It's sliced one layer at a time while it cooks until all the meat is gone.

Uh yeah but which part?

Holy Jeebus that's all just on another level (no pun intended), and I'm not ashamed to say so!
It's the iconic symbol for the backyard. It's family/friends, food and fun. What more do you need to feel everything [is] going to be all right. As long as we can still have a BBQ in our backyard, the world seems a bit of a better place. At least for that moment. -reillyranch
