As promised to buckie, here's some photos of my daughter's HS grad party cook. I'm terrible with remembering to take photos when I cook but I tried hard to get some decent ones.

Rubbed and such



22 and 18 WSM for butts and beans, and 26er and brick red performer (on the deck) for turds too

Marty I was so busy these past few weeks that I completely forgot to invite you guys. My wife asked me why I didn't and I told her I just forgot! Would have been nice to see the locals.

Yes, I did Ken. Right around 350-400 for 30-45 minutes. They were a huge hit with the folks.

Congrats to your daughter on graduation. I guess she is off to cahlege in the fall?  :D ;)

Good Deal......I usually like to go lower, longer, but they can be done that way & come out just peachy !!!!

That's a serious cook.  I'll bet the people at the party will be talking about your dinner for a long time to come.

Wow Terry...that's a lot of work!  I can imagine how you must have felt...hopefully you had more than that one Blue Moon!  Would have loved to come by to give you a hand.  Keep us in mind next time!
