Today on the menu was Smoked BBQ Chicken,Poppers, and my wife made Deviled eggs.
Getting it going.
Right where i want it.
Chicken Thighs injected with a italian dressing/BBQ sauce mixture.
Poppers ready to go on.
After the first 45 mins I sprayed the chicken with orange juice
At about an hour and a half in. Time for another spray of OJ.
About the last hour of cooking I add the poppers and started applying BBQ sauce to the chicken.
In the home stretch.
