So I was looking at the Weber logo kettle and it looked....... funny. Then a few things hit me about this graphic:

- The kettle is caddywhampus because you can't see the handle opposing the wheels. (I visually checked this and there is no way to obscure it in this orientation)
- The kettle only has two triangles at the bottom.
-No one touch handle.
-The vent tab is missing. (again, I visually checked this and I don't think you can obscure it in this orientation)
-The ash catcher looks pretty flat
-The lid rim and top handle bracket is really thick.

I understand why this was done for the logo's sake but I found it interesting. I know you are gonna start googling pics or run to your 22.5" kettle to compare.  8)

Where are you guys finding those brochures?

My local Orchard Supply Hardware has them for free. I would check your local hw stores like ACE, etc. One second thought, DON'T DO IT. It makes it wayyyy to easy to see the entire Weber product line.  8)

Artistic license.

Checkout the kettle subway art on the brochure box...

Extra handles, triangles and tabs would take away from the clean lines.

And check out the wheel. The LOVE just keeps rolling on    ::)

Dude, relax your chicken.

Thanks Gummi.  I was at Lowe's this morning picking up my six bags of Frontier lump and stopped by the grilling section, but didn't see that display.  The Ace down the road is really small, but I'll check it out.

I can grab one for you at my local Ace.
