When you drive by someone's house and see this

You get some cash and you do this .

I saw it two weeks ago and can't get it out of my mind , I thought I'd offer up a trade for this date code O performer , wish me luck . At the very least maybe we get a new member with a sweet yellow 22 .

Holy schnikey. And there it is, one of this season's as-available-as-hen's-teeth grills exposed.

I wouldn't even know to approach that deal. "So, I'd like to offer you a trade of my fancier, bigger grill for your little one there ..."

That is of course unless a little cash didn't work.

I like the suggestion someone here had, get a basic black OTS or OTG and keep it as bait for situations like this.
It's the iconic symbol for the backyard. It's family/friends, food and fun. What more do you need to feel everything [is] going to be all right. As long as we can still have a BBQ in our backyard, the world seems a bit of a better place. At least for that moment. -reillyranch

You said performer and cash not me....lol

In my area any colored grill is rare , maybe 2-3 a year come up on CL . A yellow like this ...never , then you have factor in that I have a yellow 18 and want to complete the pair , I might pay a little more then most would for this grill , but I don't know what that number is , nothing crazy I can assure you of that .

After 6 trips by there yesterday and 4 today , I finally made contact with someone . It's was the kettle owners son and he laughed at me at first but said he would tell his dad to call me ... I asked if I could snap a couple quick pictures ...

It's as straight as I've ever seen , I'd really love to get it.

Oh, man.  She's a beauty!  I have a feeling you're going to be able to scoop this one at a decent price.

Nice looking Yelllow! And a later one at that. It's got the same raised WEBER logo vent and slightly offset handle as my brown does. I'll bet its a very late '77-1978.
