1970 Weber Exotic Gourmet Cookbook

I apologize for the image, I don't have this in my hands yet ,  it's a black and white cookbook with Weber Barbecue Chef Arthur Ohisson dated 1970. I'll post the rest when I get it in a few days , I thought the chefs name may be of interest , can't find anything about him .

That Chicken A La Vermouth recipe is in the 2013 edition of their new cookbook. They show the original recipe and a "remix" that takes out the vermouth and. MSG...

The chicken  A la vermouth recipe came from a 1960 Weber cookbook. I'll take a look at the reference when I get in the house. I'm currently frying chicken on a Cado

Sure. Just as much as 14, 18, 26 or 3ft. --- figures rounded.

Meant to note yesterday that I like the casual tone of the cookbook, and also written obviously for the person new to kettle cooking. Today's manuals are so stiffly-written by legalese and the bare minimum of instruction. But I think each generation has enough newbies that the basics continually are forgotten, and that a failure of sorts for their marketing.
