Thanks Hank! If I'm doing a weave it's for a fatty, I prefer the taters grilled myself but the wifey asked for something not smokey for a break
might be time for an upgrade! I prefer the moisture in my leafy veggies that a steamer yields, every now and then I'll try roasted sprouts or broccoli and I always revert back to the steamer with some butter and cheddar.
For the rub I used a chili powder/paprika blend, other than the extra thick crust I really liked the outcome.
