I gifted my previous 18Ē WSM away and then this one followed me home from Tampa.  Guess it was meant to be.  [emoji41][emoji106]

Did you get it just like that or do you have the bowl?  I hadnít thought of trying that configuration.  @mr.cpho

The WSM came complete with the original WSM bowl,  but I like the mobility of stacking it on a midget setup.  After seeing a post this week of a mystery SJ with leg sockets, Iím wondering if I could weld sockets onto the original WSM bowl to retain the stock vent positions.

On a side-note, this older ďEOĒ WSM has a shallower water bowl/heat deflector, which I like.

I have some leg sockets if you want them. They are of an old MBH I found at the dump.

As much as I love cooking on a 22" kettle, 18" kettles are a must for any true grillfella.

I picked up this 18 a couple three weeks ago.  Vent code is DU (2002).
Everything is in excellent condition, including the thumb-screw ash sweeps. I was very happy with that.  :D

This simple and classic look is what it's all about, IMO.
