Nice, but not over $1000 nice. Maybe to a real collector with some spare dough. For that kind of money I will be looking for small tab kettle with metal/rubber wheels.

I got my nice 22" A code yellow for $40 on a Everything but the House online auction. Not as nice as this but nicer than most I have seen here.

I was bidding last night, and bowed out at around $650.

Wow. Does it have any legit flaws?

Overspray under the tabs? Black porcelain showing on the leg sockets and lid handle? ;) ;D

Well, my Secret Santa recipient can just now FORGET IT.

Thanks for nuthin', Webber!

So, I absolutely LOVE this kettle...and if I ever found one on CL, OfferUp, Letgo etc., I would buy it in a heartbeat...however, I will say, I'm so happy that my yellows have some chips/flaws because they are my absolute favorite kettles to cook on, and I don't worry too much their overall condition (I still use baskets on all cooks, don't freak out).  I'm still captivated by the color change, and enjoy showing my wife/friends each time I use it.  If I bought this, it would be a looker, not a cooker, and man, I would struggle daily with the temptation to break this one in, versus leaving it pristine.  Best of luck to all the bidders!

Agreed, I would really struggle with a kettle that has never been cooked on.
I am not a collector, but I do have a small collection.
