I think it was 71 or 72 good question.

This grill is not a 1970 but more like 74/75 as I think the Lime's came out in 74.

The site says in 73 they started putting the patent number on, if lime didnt come out till 74, maybe they were still using old dampers, from the other stuff I was just reading, the tires look like 71-72. I'm assuming thats what my new WW is too.

Not that being a couple years off on the description makes that much difference

I hear ya, thought I saw "ING" the first time I looked. Either way its a sweet kettle, out of my price range but I'm sure its worth it
