Title: Early M/T redhead rescue
Post by: Winz on March 17, 2014, 02:40:41 PM
Found this gem deep in a C.L. listing - guy was basically selling everything.  The picture in the ad was pretty bad so I was expecting the worse.  Turns out to be a nice kettle.  It is a P code, which I believe is the second year of production for the Master Touch.  Old style ash catcher.  It is all there, but needs a solid cleaning, new wood, and new rollers.  Only real scar is an inch long scrape along the rim of the lid (visible in the last picture).

Pics just as I received it:

Although I don't need another project, could not let it continue to suffer a life of neglect.
