Title: Chicken and Ribs

Fired up the Santa Maria grill with some red oak and grilled up a rack of beef ribs, some marinaded chili lime cilantro chicken and grilled up some corn.

That really looks tasty John! How did the beef ribs come out. I just bought myself a couple racks today. What's your method on the SMG?  BTW, I am working with a guy that's setting up an SMG for me. I love watching that grill in action. Please keep sharing cooks on it. I remember that seafood cook you did last year around Thanksgiving that I still dram about.  :D

Super meal as usual John!  I've seen you do the spinach dish before and it looks great.  How about sharing a recipe now!!

Creamed spinach recipe

2 packages frozen chopped spinach
approx half a cup heavy cream
half a package of creamed cheese
about a cup of cheap parm cheese

we only use parm reggianno :P

some of my fav stuff to put on the grill John.  Looks very tasty!
