I love the Z man sandwich from Okie Joes ... even though I've never really had one from there, the idea is killer.

I switched it up a bit and use chuck...and sharp cheddar.

Excellent Scooter! But why is the sandwich so small compared to previous Zmen you made before?  The wings look off the chain!

Must be the angle. It's the same Kaiser roll I always use.
