Title: Teriyaki Ginger Beef
Post by: Larry Wolfe on September 02, 2012, 02:12:23 PM
Ever since I started grilling Chinese food on the grill, I'm addicted.  Cheaper, better, healthier and sooo good!  Asking for a Disc Wok for Christmas!

Here's the quick and simple video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YzZTss3gRIo&hd=1)

looks great Larry.  I agree with you about cooking on woks and making great food that is usually pretty healthy too.  Problem is...is that I just don't use my wok that often.  Have to work on that.

Awesome job Larry! What type of disk are you getting? I have been using my wok at least twice a week, but lately I have been using my square weber basket even more. I will have to post a cook from it soon.

Outstanding looking stir fry!! I use my wok all of the time but I usually use it to cook veggies. I need to make more main dish stir frys.
