Title: Fried chicken
Post by: Vermin99 on August 26, 2012, 06:14:38 PM
Used Sylvia's chicken batter. Chicken frying on the kettle 7 minutes a side.

Then placed the chicken indirect for 10-15 minutes to finish cooking.

Chicken fried up along with some hush puppies with some onion and pickled jalapenos added in.

I bought a package mix for the hush puppies. I just followed the package directions and added some finely diced up onions and finely diced pickled jalapenos.

same with the chicken batter, store bought and if you follow the directions it is hard to screw it up
