Looks good Joe, how did they turn out?
Did you make your own sauce or is it out of a bottle ?

Bottled. It was killer. Everyone loved it. When doing it indirect I fed it heaps of plum wood. I rhink it really made a difference. The last time I used the same sauce, it wasn't as nice as this.
