Title: Burger Madness
Post by: Thundermtn on January 12, 2021, 04:54:55 PM
I cooked for the second time on my Glen Blue tonight, it went ok.

The 26" is awesome for space, has the room to reverse sear 3.5 pounds of burgers. They turned out really good too. It would take two flights of 35 minutes each on my 22" to cook this many burgers, and for dinner on a week night it's nice to speed things up.

I need to do some tuning with this grill. It has a top grate tab or two that aren't level, and I still need to trim the bail threads. When I spin the grate it doesn't transition smoothly from warm to sear so I had to use holders. Not a real big deal but I'm used to an easy grate spin with tongs on my trusty ol 22".
