I lived in Tulsa from 1985 to 2003 and never heard of an Oklahoma Onion burger. been seeing them a lot on YouTube lately and thought OU playing FL in the Cotton Bowl would be a good time to try them out.
Cooked on my Weber Summit Kamado with a Hunsaker Griddle plate.

I need to get the griddle plate a little hotter to get better caramelization but these were really good burgers. Will definitly be making them again.
