Picked this up since I am looking for a pizzaque or kettle pizza alternative. I am picking up a donor 22" kettle to cut the lid for a pizza oven. They show this being used as a heat deflector for all smoking/cooking on a kettle. They show it under the top grate for a heat deflector and above for a pizza stone.
Has anyone used this product before in either way? Thoughts?
