Title: Thick cut pork chop. Bacon fat cast iron skillet potatoes.

Used Kosmos dirty bird for the pork. Loaded up some saved bacon fat I the CI and got a good crisp on the outside of the potatoes. A salmon packet for the wife so she could help finish off the salsa verde from a few days ago
