Has anyone ever tried it?
I assume indirect but hot(ish 350 or so) & fast(ish).
any advice?

I’ve seen London broil reverse seared like you would a steak. See below. Done on a BGE but can easily be done on a kettle.
Malcom is pretty aggressive on the seasoning but you get the basic idea.

I’m curious too. London broil is a nice low price steak. I wonder what the secret is to making it great.

Butter, salt, pepper & garlic. Then cook it rare.
