Title: Smoked grilled braised short ribs LIVE

Just started these. I’ve never cooked beef chuck ribs.  Live action. I’ll update later

We smoked and grilled. A little beef broth and it’s time to braise

That looks delicious. I like the idea of the braising in the CI with the red wine.

Thanks!  They were really good. My wife made the cauliflower mash. It was a terrific combo along with mushrooms sautéed in bacon grease and Worcestershire

For sure!  We had just sat down to eat and some friends stopped by unexpectedly and we ate it all. I’m looking forward to making them again. I didn’t get very much this time lol.
