Title: Peel size?

Picked up a used KP, came with a 16inch stone. Would like to make pies about 14in in size. Most perls I see are 14×12. Most people suggest to assemble pizza on the peel. Will a 14×12 peel be lage enough?

YES

Until you get the hang of cooking with the KP, smaller pizzas are much easier to deal with. If you have a Bed Bath & Beyond near you, they have a bamboo peel that's only $15 and works grate.
