I did Ribs on the 18"WSM and German meatloaf on my Genesis Jr.

I'm wondering the same.

Given that he was drinking Warsteiner, maybe you have to drink German beer while cooking.

My wife found a spice packet for German meatloaf i'm not sure what was in it.

You can't beat meatloaf on the grill, much better than an oven.
