Title: Baked some Banana bread

So this was a fun little experience.... Made some chocolate chip banana bread on the ivory MT.

Looks grate!  I love baking with cast iron on a kettle.

Around 375-400 for an 70minutes. Started checking at an hour and then every 5 minutes until clean tooth pick pull.
