Changed up the butt this weekend a bit.
Bourbon Brown Sugar Butt
Bourbon Maple Glaze/Sauce
Jalepeno Smoked Mac-n-Cheese
Grilled veggies.
The glazed/sauce on this one really enhanced the butt. The butt by itself was good, but when that Bourbon Maple sauce was drizzled on top.....hmmm good stuff.
One of the pups lent a hand this morning getting everything going.
7hr 15min on the butt. 8hr total day.
Now time to enjoy the new deck and fire pit!

Love it! Cool weather moved into DFW this past weekend, so I got my fire pit going for the first time this season. Love spending the day with a grill, pit and a few beverages! I have an OnlyFire pizza oven for the kettle coming on Friday. Thinking of smoking a butt and making a pulled pork pizza - inspired by your post!
