Title: DIY griddle
Post by: toiga on September 28, 2020, 02:25:48 PM
He there!

I had this steel square plate on use at the charcoal open grill as a griddle oa flat top for some soft foods.

During the wait for the chimmey to heat up, i decided to add the plate to the GBS. After some angle grinding, this is the result. It does need a good scrubing and cleaning.

Looks like it would work grate for veggies and small tators. Might be carefull with greasy food causing flair ups.
