Post by: Darko on September 25, 2020, 01:34:14 PM
I done fuddled up!!!  I got no beef stock handy, but I have chicken stock. Is it ok to use that in a brisket, or do I have to make a run to the store? HEEEELLLLPPPPP!!!

I think you’re ok.  Mainly the broth is for moisture and some salt.  There’s so little flavor in chicken broth, I doubt anyone would notice.

Chicken would have been fine. I would have added a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce to it but sounds like you’ve got it figured out

You should do cream of mushroom for an injection.
