Do you mind sharing your famous coffee rub ?

Lawrys perfect blend, chicken and poultry seasoning, and coffee of your choice. I do about 1/4 cp coffee per cp of seasoning. It usually looks much darker, but I used a milder coffee, for this batch,

Do you use instant or ground coffee?
Thanks

Ground. Usually use Starbucks too, I like the strong coffee taste.

Thanks for the coffee tip on TT.
I used ground coffee and reground it to make a fine powder, combined it with salt & pepper for my TT rub.
Cheers

It’s very good. Seems to be popular. Lots of people surprised when they ask what’s in the rub.
