Post by: Foster Dahlet on September 06, 2020, 07:18:08 PM
Build your own pizza night..  small pizzas..8-10 inches... Baked on kettle pizza que...temp held at 700 for over 90 minutes....first pizzas took 6-7 minutes... The last 2 took 8-9 minutes..last one was two pizzas cooked as one, flipped and turned 1/2 way through

Your pies look good.
I haven't made any in a few years. I need to try this again soon.

How are you measuring these temps? I don't think my probes are rated that high. Is this an IR on the stone?

It is the thermometer that comes on the attachment...it is near level with the stone...probably not the most accurate, but gives general idea of temp.  The pic shows the temp approaching 700 here, but not quite there yet.

Nice. Thanks. I didn't realize the attachment came with its own thermometer.
