Title: Chicken Thighs

Bone in/Skin on...cooked indirect 45 minutes on OKP.  I am not sure if I have posted this marinade recipe before, but if I have not, I should have b/c it is fantastic.   

Ingredients
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/3 cup olive/vegetable/canola oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Combine the ingredients in a jar with a lid and shake well to mix. Marinate for 30 minutes to overnight.

I doubled the recipe...marinated for 3 + hrs.  Damn tasty.
